i can't help but to remember Chow Yun Fatt as the King of Siam when he said that in the epic movie "Anna and the King". or wait. was it another actor in the OLDER epic movie "The King and I"? hmm. cannot remember.

anyway. i learnt something new about 2 weeks ago. it's nothing new, hehe.. but this will certainly explain why men (or boys) have this thing called "Morning Wood" happen to them haha.

basically it's this thing that happens when a boy wakes up in the morning. yeah.... neh. that thing la. it sticks out and it's hard (thats why they call it morning wood).

so yea, the reason is this: because the guy slept.

so this happens only during REM sleep (rapid eye movement- aka dreaming sleep/ paradoxical sleep). still the cause is NOT dreams as i have already explained above. so yeah.

btw, girls also excrete bodily fluids also la. but it's not as obvious as a guy's morning wood loh. haha. poor boys. it stays up till it "decides" to go down! haha.. i mean, it's not due to sexual arousal, so WHAT can you think of to make it go down?! hahaha..

so these information are not just trivial la k. got use one.

it's to study impotence (ie: erectile d/o).
a person with ED cannot erect. so we psychologists sometimes think it's all in the head (pressure to perform during sex yadda yadda yadda), and not biological so the way to prove it is to:

buy a line of stamps that are not torn apart and stick it around the circumference of the male genital (i dowan give you visual explanation >.<). and then ask him to go to sleep loh! when the guy wakes, and if the stamps are detached (like torn apart at the dotted lines there), then we will know that this guy's ED is all in the head and therefore can psychoanalyze him loh. but if the stamps are intact when the dude wakes, then sorry la. the guy is impotent already. so maybe take medication like viagra to see if it works. and if STILL cannot then i dunno how la, i didn't study until that far.
