Tired.

I need the cure for insomnia.

    or... avoid caffeine after lunch?
    hmmm.. apparently a warm shower an hour before you sleep helps.
    oh.. and that nice glass of warm milk. :)

  2. i don't take caffeine almost AT ALL!!! cos i'm allergic :(

    and i'm lactose intolerant haha
    i'm useless!

    so i think i just have to TAHANNNNNNNNN and then tire out then sleep! :)
