How well do they work and more importantly where do I get them? :)
I'm not too sure if they work (only HOPE they work!), but they do make the under eye area supple and I feel fresh everytime I peel it off!I bought it here in Malaysia for only RM6, which is equivalent to $2? It was half off so I bought 3 sets :)Maybe you can find it in Japanese beauty counters in the States?
