How to be Happy

Step 1: Think about all the things you have
Step 2: Remember a time when you DIDN'T have those things
Step 3: Compare yourself with those less fortunate
Step 4: Take a deep breath and say "I'm thankful for all the good things I have"

Positive psychology have long preached about the correlation between gratitude and happiness :)
