I love baking!
But I have to be honest, my baking is not pretty. It never looks good! Okay, it SELDOM looks good... and I mean it, aesthetically.
It's also inconsistent, and unpredictable.
I promise you, I use the same recipe, but it comes out different every.single.time!
The only thing constant about it is that it's never the same.
Ah, and yes, edible.
Sweet to the palate, not necessarily moist or pleasurable most times.
But today, I'm impressed! YES with my own baking.
Self praise is no praise but I DON'T CARE. It's the BEST I've done for cupcakes so far! It's chocolatey, it's moist, it's soft, it's sweet- but not too sweet, it's light, it's delectable.
BUT.
It's so damn ugly.
