Small breakthroughs need to be documented.
Small things that make me feel accomplished ought to be remembered!
So things at work have been getting much better. I'm still a little behind on some things, and it's always a game of catch up, but not because I have too much to do, but because I'm a bit of a slacker :P
However, I find that it's getting slightly easier to produce what my boss wants, in the way he wants it. A happy boss is a good thing. I'm just trying to fine tune the way we can work together so that there's less guessing and less frustration.
